Lee Ambrose

Managing Director

Lee builds relationships on a foundation of integrity and respect, and is known for his good nature. His positive attitude and contagious smile will leave an unwavering drive to deliver the best in custom building. The energy he puts in daily defines the success of Ambrose Homes.

Lee has a great relationship with our clients, and constantly gets repeat business and referrals because of his easy-going manner and hands-on approach.

Melissa Ambrose

HR | Marketing Manager

Melissa is the Co-Founder at AMBROSE Design and Construct. Over the past 6 years her roles in the business have changed as the company has grown.

Melissa is our HR and Marketing Manager and has a love for Property Development, Photography and beautiful spaces.

Mummy to 3 beautiful boys, one cute cavoodle named Huxley and married to Lee, keep her very very busy!

Austin Tarter

Project Manager

Austin is one of our most trusted employees at AMBROSE Design and Construct. He has worked his way up to become our Project Manager and is definitely an asset to the company.

Austin manages key activities involved in all our projects, operational plans, people and budgets. Everyone that works or has worked with us will have nothing but praise for Austin.

Sarah Kidd

OFFICE Manager | ACCOUNTS

Say hello to Sarah our Office and Accounts Manager at AMBROSE Design and Construct. Sarah is the glue that keeps the team together and always keeps everyone in check!

Her attention to detail, reliability and motivation help the office run smoothly.

Lee the Managing Director would be lost without Sarah as his PA by his side daily. 

Terry Rankin

BUILDING SUPERVISOR

We are pleased to introduce you to Terry. He has settled in well with our younger members and his experience and ability to control a site has been welcomed by the entire team.

Tamsyn Riley

Receptionist

We are happy to introduce Tam, our new Receptionist at AMBROSE Design and Construct. Tam has also worked for us as a labourer and is a lover of DIY’s, home projects, interiors and anything building related. Tam is currently studying Cert IV in Workplace Health and Safety and is passionate to become our WHS Manager once complete. Her biggest achievement is her husband and three handsome boys.

Andrea Schaeffer

ESTIMATOR

Meet Andrea, our highly skilled, dog loving, construction estimator. Andrea has 15 years experience estimating and loves what she does. AMBROSE Design and Construct are very lucky to have Andrea join our team.

Corey Burton

4TH Year Apprentice Carpenter

 

4th Year Apprentice Carpenter and Trainee Estimator. Its safe to say he will evidently be one of our best Carpenters once finished. 
 
Corey has also become part of the office staff helping with logistics.

Jy Howe

4TH Year Apprentice Carpenter

Jy is proud to be doing his carpentry apprenticeship with AMBROSE Design and Construct. The team are great to work with and are teaching him how to become a quality tradesman.

Jy is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys his weekends off camping, fishing and motorbike riding!
